Returns & Delivery
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your Christmas tree, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving it. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or offer a partial store credit where appropriate. If we delivered your tree, any approved replacement will be provided on the next scheduled delivery run to your area or sooner if possible.
Deliveries are available only on the scheduled dates listed on our website. You'll receive a notification 1–2 days before delivery confirming an estimated 3 hour delivery window. Occasionally due to logistic issues there may be a delivery delay and will liaise with you to get the tree delivered as soon as possible.
